OOTD: Comfortable and Cool

20160530_125625So its Monday again, but it’s not so bad. Why? Its a public holiday (democracy day public holiday in Nigeria)!

What did I do today? I got dressed (I finally launched the shoes from my mini haul!! If you missed that post catch up by clicking here),  and was supposed to go out, but while waiting for my sister to get ready, I listed the help of my friend turned personal photographer to take some pictures of me.

I felt it wasn’t so shabby and could come up for an ootd type of post.

Outfit choice was influenced by the fact that I would be walking about a lot and so I needed to be comfortable (I can be a big baby once I’m uncomfortable. No one likes a big babby :(, back to the topic), and what I can wear without trapping to much heat and that led to a quick change of tops.

But then, some 80 pictures later (what can I say? I love being in front or behind a lens), I got the lazy day/ stay at home vibe and ended up changing into a pair of shorts and my dads old pj shirt and picked up a book to read.

Between reading the book and falling asleep in the sitting room, I thought, why not still share?

After literally sitting on the fence for a whole day (Monday), reference picture above, I decided to click the publish button.
